The 2019 Entry Form
ENTRY FEE:
$600 yearling with radiographs $400 mixed session
Radiographs will be available for veterinary review online @asteris.com. Radiographic findings by sale veterinarian $100 fee from proceeds or consignors can obtain their own findings.
Entry fee from proceeds: $675 yearling, $475 mixed session Commission: 5% of final bid, with $500 minimum
ENTRIES DUE:
JUly 16th, 2019
Jockey Club Registration or entry fee must accompany all entries.
Entry fee is earned upon receipt of contract and is non-refundable.
Jockey Club Registration Certificate and all other required documents must be on file on or before August 5, 2019
This contract will not be accepted without the signature of the consignor or his authorized agent.
